    -Paratransit identified themselves as taking a lead role in the research and analysis of the needs of people with limited mobility.
    -The Mobility Training Center (MTC) includes programs like Seniors on the Go (SOTG) and disabled advocacy groups, the RTC will work with these groups to develop training programs for fixed route usage.
    -A "practice" house located in the MTC is used to work with the visually impaired on life skills.
    -A CCSD program has been developed to train teachers that work with special needs kids.
    -The RTC would be involved with the internal layout of the development of the live-work center for the Opportunity Village Community Living Centers, where anyone can live.
    -Fixed route planning has already been contacted about bus stop locations around the development project.
